Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms. If You subscribe to the newsletter, submit a contact form, or provide personal information in any other way, You consent to the processing of that information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not use the Service.

- Feature articles, tutorials, and beginner guides on digital tools and workflows.
- An AI Tools Database with structured reviews, comparisons, and filtering by price, category, and use case.
- Web Inspiration — a visual case study library of real-world websites, analysed by design style, typography, and colour system.
- A Tech Glossary of independent technical term definitions, from API to vector database.
- Learning Paths — sequenced multi-stage learning programmes with milestones, tasks, and checklists.
- An industry news section covering product launches, funding rounds, and platform policy changes.
Nothing on knownexus.work is personalised advice for Your specific situation.
Prohibited conduct:
3. Your Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for Your own conduct while using the Service and for any content You post, submit, or transmit through or in connection with the Service. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Interfere with, disrupt, degrade, or overload the operation of the Service or any server or network connected to It.
- Attempt unauthorised access to Our systems, accounts, data, or those of Our providers or other readers.
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content in a manner that unreasonably strains server resources or violates robots.txt directives.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service that is not intentionally exposed.
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent Your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Post, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
- Use Our content, branding, or intellectual property to facilitate fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
- Bypass any access controls, paywalls, or rate-limiting mechanisms (if any).
Your content:
If You submit content to the Service — for example, through a reader comment, a suggestion form, or a pitch — You retain ownership of Your submission but grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and syndicate it in connection with the Service. You represent that You have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that Your submission does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.
Our content and branding:
4. Intellectual Property
All original text, visual design, layout, typography selection, code, logos, and multimedia content published on knownexus.work are the intellectual property of KnowExus or its content contributors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. The KnowExus name, wordmark, and visual identity may not be used without prior written consent.
Your permitted uses:
You may access the Service for personal, non-commercial use. You may link to individual articles and quote brief, attribution-short excerpts. You may not republish full articles, mirror the site, aggregate Our content on another platform, translate articles into another language without permission, or use KnowExus branding to create derivative works — including but not limited to training datasets — without prior written consent.
Third-party content:
Content contributed by third parties, or content reproduced from third-party sources under licence, remains the property of its respective owner. You must honour any additional restrictions that accompany such content.
Accuracy and timeliness:
5. Editorial Content and Disclaimers
We make reasonable editorial efforts to ensure content is accurate at the time of publication. However, tool capabilities, pricing, APIs, platform policies, and technical details change frequently. Prices shown may be approximate and should be verified on the official provider site before making a purchase or commitment.
Not professional advice:
Content on knownexus.work is general educational information. It is not legal, financial, medical, security, tax, or professional consulting advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions that carry legal, financial, or personal risk.
No endorsement:
References to specific tools, products, or services do not constitute an endorsement. We do not accept payment in exchange for positive editorial coverage. Sponsored or affiliate content, if any, will be clearly identified as such.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service contains links to third-party websites and services — for example, links to the tools and products reviewed in Our articles, or to designers and agencies featured in Web Inspiration case studies. We do not curate or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, availability, or privacy practices. We are not a party to any transaction You enter into with a third-party provider referenced on the Service, and We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of such transaction.
Service access:
7. Termination, Suspension, and Opt-Out
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or block specific IP addresses or user agents, if You violate these Terms or if We reasonably believe Your actions may harm the Service, Our readers, or Our rights. We will ordinarily provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a violation before taking action, unless We believe immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or third parties.
Newsletter subscription:
You may unsubscribe from Our newsletter at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter email, by replying "unsubscribe" to the sending address, or by writing to privacy@knownexus.work. We will honour Your request promptly and remove Your email address from active mailing lists within 10 business days.
Survival:
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination or suspension — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution — will continue in full force and effect.
8. Disclaimers (AS IS)
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
KNOWEXUS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; (B) THE CONTENT WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (C) ANY RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE RELIABLE. THE SERVICE MAY BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, UNSCHEDULED OUTAGES, OR REASONS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KNOWEXUS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KnowExus and its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and court costs) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Your content or submissions (including reader comments), or any intellectual property infringement by You or Your agents.
We reserve the right, at Our sole expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by You, and in that event, You agree to cooperate with Us in asserting any available defences.
Applicable law and jurisdiction:
11. Dispute Resolution
We want to resolve issues amicably. Before starting any formal proceeding, You agree to contact Us at legal@knownexus.work and describe the dispute in reasonable detail. If We cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, the procedure below will apply.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Exclusive courts:
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Singapore (or, if the dispute qualifies, the Singapore International Commercial Court) and You consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction over You by these courts.
Small claims:
For disputes that fall within the scope of the Singapore Small Claims Tribunal, either party may elect to bring the matter before the Small Claims Tribunal in accordance with the Small Claims Tribunals Act.
Interim relief:
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or other rights pending the resolution of a dispute.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When We make material changes, We will provide at least 30 days' prior notice before the new terms take effect. Notice will be given by posting a prominent banner on the homepage, updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, and — for newsletter subscribers — by email.
By continuing to access or use the Service after the revised Terms become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If You do not agree with the revised Terms, You must stop using the Service before they take effect.
Entire agreement:
13. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between You and KnowExus regarding the Service and supersede and replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver:
No failure or delay by KnowExus in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment:
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or Your rights under them to any third party. KnowExus may freely assign or transfer these Terms or its rights under them in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or reorganisation.
